After Divorce
Happily Ever After… What about the after? When a marriage is ending, if there are children involved, then it is time to start thinking about what it takes to have a good divorce.
Lola Broomberg Nationally Certified Counselor is offering an ongoing support group for parents who are separating, divorcing or divorced. Conversations will be oriented towards exploring ways to communicate more effectively with one’s ex, negotiating childcare arrangements to cause the children the minimal amount of upheaval in their daily lives, talk about what to share and what not to share with children, how to manage dating relationships etc.

Lola Broomberg, Nationally Certified Counselor is offering an on-going therapeutic support group for women who struggle with their sense of self and self-esteem when out of a relationship; who are learning how to be alone and not be lonely, we’ll explore security,fears, how to play on your own and other connected concerns.

Fear-free Initiative Support Groups for women who want to worry less When the phone rings unexpectedly or your child is late from school, does your mind jump to the worst case scenario? Do your worries tend to eclipse reality and leave you feeling immobilized?
Lola Broomberg, Nationally Certified Counselor, is offering an eight week long group for women who want to fear less and risk more. The group will address issues of boundary setting, assertiveness, responsibility, self care and feeling management.

A Support group for children of divorce provides a structured framework for peer-support in navigating the path between two homes.
Lola Broomberg, Nationally Certified Counselor, is offering groups for children and teens who are adjusting to life after their parents’ divorce. Using art therapy, theatre games, role plays and discussion our group will explore many facets of transition, change and life after divorce.
