I am an empowerment-oriented therapist who believes that in every person there is an impulse towards personal fulfillment. Often this impulse has been camouflaged for its own security.

I believe that unpacking outdated mental scripts and family of origin patterns is a way to redress one's conception of self. When witnessed and supported with compassionate attention, clients find within themselves the ability to redress negative personal narratives.

My goal is to assist clients in identifying ways to return to joy and balance. I work with artists, performers, dreamers, creative people, women in transition and adolescent girls. I also specialize in career explorations
