perform

Artists Counseling Services, Peggy Grace Chun and Lola Broomberg introduce an exciting day-long workshop for artists and artistic types.

The workshop will offer frameworks for orienting oneself towards living in a high performance environment.

What you can expect:

To leave inspired and excited by your vision and your work

To have tools in hand that support your
understanding of the challenges involved
in sustaining balance in 3 areas:
health, relationships and art performance

To explore the nature of negativity
and how to dismantle it

To examine the challenge of
manifesting one’s dreams and visions
within the broader context of
living a relational life

Expect the program to be experiential,
interactive and light hearted.
